What Would You Like to Know?

Would I be able to submit photos instead of in-person consultation?

No, to give the best assessment possible, we require in-person consultation to give accurate estimates. Sometimes things are hidden in photos we cannot see and its best to understand any challenges or obtacles you may have. 

Do you offer virtual consultations?

Yes, virtual consultation are 15 mins via Google Meet, Teams, or Zoom for you to meet the owner and get your questions answered. We can then discuss next steps and get you booked for the right service. 

Do you charge by the hour?

Most of our services are a per hour basis. During the consultation, an estimated time is given to complete the project. Hours are subject to total time at final invoicing.

I need to reschedule or cancel my appointment, what should I do?

Please give us a call at (314) 549 - 9133 or email simply.organization.mo@gmail.com. Rescheduling your appointment may be done at any time based on availability of scheduling. Refunds may be honored if services are cancelled 2 weeks prior. In the event items and/or material for your appointment are purchased and you cancel, there will be a deduction against deposit and remaining balance refunded. Cancellations less than 2 weeks prior to the appointment, refunds will not be honored.
